When you fill out our contact form ( you provide us with personal information, such as your name, your partner’s name, your phone number and email address. You may also contact us by phone or email and share personal information. We will use the personal information you give us to contact you and to help us prepare bespoke stationery for you.

We will not use your email address or phone number for marketing, however we will use them to contact you in the course of doing business with you.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.


When you provide us with personal information in order for us to contact you, we infer that you consent to us collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If you choose to order your stationery from us we may ask you for further personal information relating to that order. You will have the opportunity to say no to this if you wish. Third Parties

Beyond Squarespace, who host our website, we will not share your information with any third parties, unless you expressly ask us to do so as part of your wedding/event plans, for example, a wedding planner or venue. In such an arrangement the management of your personal information is outside of the scope of this privacy policy, and you should seek your own privacy arrangements with that third party.

We sometimes link to other websites from our own website, for example from our Blog or Portfolio pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.


Social Media

Our website provides users the opportunity to interact and post content through various social media sites including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram and Google. Your interactions with such tools, and any information you provide in connection with these interactions are publicly viewable. Each social media site has its own privacy policies. If you do not wish for this information to be disclosed, then you should not use these tools. We are not responsible for information you choose to share.

Our website also includes social media features, allowing you to share Blog and Portfolio posts on sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

We reserve the right to share our work on social media, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram, for marketing purposes. We will endeavour to only post work that minimises the amount of personal information or obscure it, but as personal names, venue details and events dates are an integral part of the design of our stationery, these may be posted on social media sites. We will seek your express consent before sharing images containing your personal information on social media.



We store all user information on secure email and folders on a local PC, securely backed up to the cloud. We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal information, but no company can fully eliminate the risks associated with the transmission and storage of personal information.
